Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put all ingredients, except for the Reese's, into the bowl of your stand mixer. Mix with the paddle attachment for less than a minute-- just until everything is moistened. Don't over mix!
Step 2
Fold in the Reese's cups with a rubber spatula. Pour into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for at least an hour. It make need to bake for 15-20 more minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
