"As I had mentioned before,I received a Ramen Noodle Cookbook this past Christmas. There was a recipe for a " pasta " salad in it. From that recipe, I was inspired to create one. And this is the final result. We all know that the little seasoning packets that come with the noodles are WAY too salty,but this recipe doesn't use it. ;). If you feel like you want to add more onions or sweet pickle relish,please feel free to do so.And if you want to add diced celery,that's o.k. too.Prep time includes the boiling of the eggs & noodles. Cook time will be the time it takes to chill the salad. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on 1/20/15. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step 1

Boil eggs for about 5 minutes or until hard boiled.

Step 2

While eggs are cooling,break noodles into small pieces and cook according to package directions.

Step 3

Drain and rinse noodles well.

Step 4

In a medium size bowl,with a fork mash eggs then add relish and onion(if using celery add now).

Step 5

Add drained noodles to mixture and toss to make sure everything is well combined.

Step 6

Then add ham,mayonnaise,salt,and pepper to taste and mix well.

Step 7

Chill for two hours or longer.
