Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (3 ounce) Ramen noodles (It doesn't matter what flavor,you're discarding the seasoning packet)
  • 2 large eggs (hard boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish ( I used a total of 3)
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (more or less to get the consistency you like)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil eggs for about 5 minutes or until hard boiled.

  • Step 2: While eggs are cooling,break noodles into small pieces and cook according to package directions.

  • Step 3: Drain and rinse noodles well.

  • Step 4: In a medium size bowl,with a fork mash eggs then add relish and onion(if using celery add now).

  • Step 5: Add drained noodles to mixture and toss to make sure everything is well combined.

  • Step 6: Then add ham,mayonnaise,salt,and pepper to taste and mix well.

  • Step 7: Chill for two hours or longer.
