Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Place the yams in a large bowl. Coarsely mash with a potato masher. Stir in the creme fraiche and the next 6 ingredients (through egg).
Step 3
Spoon the potato mixture into an 8 inch square glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with marshmallows and almonds.
Step 4
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the marshamallows are browned.
