Step 1

In medium size pan combine cocoa, sugar and cream.

Step 2

Bring to boil, then boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, still stirring constantly, until the marshmallows melt and are fully incorporated.

Step 4

Stir in vanilla. Cool, then spread on cake.
