  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 regular size (43 grams) marshmallows (regular size, 7.2g)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In medium size pan combine cocoa, sugar and cream.

  • Step 2: Bring to boil, then boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, still stirring constantly, until the marshmallows melt and are fully incorporated.

  • Step 4: Stir in vanilla. Cool, then spread on cake.
