Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Step 2
Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 1/2 cup flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix till smooth.

Add enough remaining dough to make dough easily handled. Dough will remain soft and slightly sticky.

Turn out onto well floured surface and knead 5 minutes.

Divide dough in half and roll each half about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut into 3 1/2 inch circles.

Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Step 8
Dip Marshmallows in butter and then cinnamon-sugar.
Step 9
Wrap each dough circle around a marshmallow, pinching to seal at bottom.
Step 10
Dip in butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
Step 11
Place in greased muffin tins.
Step 12
Let rise until double.
Step 13
Bake at 375 20-25 min.
