Step 1: Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Step 2: Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 1/2 cup flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix till smooth.
Step 3: Add enough remaining dough to make dough easily handled. Dough will remain soft and slightly sticky.
Step 4: Turn out onto well floured surface and knead 5 minutes.
Step 5: Divide dough in half and roll each half about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 6: Cut into 3 1/2 inch circles.
Step 7: Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Step 8: Dip Marshmallows in butter and then cinnamon-sugar.
Step 9: Wrap each dough circle around a marshmallow, pinching to seal at bottom.
Step 10: Dip in butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
Step 11: Place in greased muffin tins.
Step 12: Let rise until double.
Step 13: Bake at 375 20-25 min.
