Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Grease loaf pan.
Step 3
Using beaters, cream butter and sugar, then add pumpkin and blend.
Step 4
Add remaining wet ingredients and blend.
Step 5
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add a little at a time to the butter mixture until all has been incorporated.
Step 6
Bake in loaf pan for 40 minutes.
