Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cream butter until fluffy and beat in sugar and eggs.

Step 3

Pour Buttermilk in bowl and stir in baking soda.

Step 4

Combine sifted dry ingredients into egg mixture alternately with buttermilk.

Step 5

Stir in raisins.

Step 6

Pour batter into buttered floured Pam sprayed bundt or 13x9 pan.

Step 7

Bake 50 minutes to one hour, or until a cake tested comes out clean.

Step 8

If baked in bundt pan bake for 70 minutes.
