  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1⁄2 cups seedless raisins, (dusted with small amount of dry ingredients

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Cream butter until fluffy and beat in sugar and eggs.

  • Step 3: Pour Buttermilk in bowl and stir in baking soda.

  • Step 4: Combine sifted dry ingredients into egg mixture alternately with buttermilk.

  • Step 5: Stir in raisins.

  • Step 6: Pour batter into buttered floured Pam sprayed bundt or 13x9 pan.

  • Step 7: Bake 50 minutes to one hour, or until a cake tested comes out clean.

  • Step 8: If baked in bundt pan bake for 70 minutes.
