Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients in bowl and add raisins.
Step 2
In second bowl cream butter and sugar and add eggs.
Step 3
Add molasses (spray measuring cup with Pam )
Step 4
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk, which you can make by adding teaspoon of vinegar to regular milk.
Step 5
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake in slow oven 325 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done.
