Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon oil

Saute onions until golden

Remove from heat add thyme

Season steaks on both side and dust with flour on both sides

Brown steaks on both sides

Transfer steaks to onion pan

Add juice and broth cover with tinfoil

Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour

Add vegetables

Step 12

Cover and bake 30 more minutes until tender

Sprinkle with parsley
