Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon oil
Step 2: Saute onions until golden
Step 3: Remove from heat add thyme
Step 4: Set aside
Step 5: Season steaks on both side and dust with flour on both sides
Step 6: Heat remaining oil in pan
Step 7: Brown steaks on both sides
Step 8: Transfer steaks to onion pan
Step 9: Add juice and broth cover with tinfoil
Step 10: Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour
Step 11: Add vegetables
Step 12: Cover and bake 30 more minutes until tender
Step 13: Sprinkle with parsley
