"If you need some yeast to make bread this can be used its from the water you save after cooking potatoes ,im just putting 1 potato for recipes sake"

Step 1

Boil the potato save 1 1/2 cups water

Let cool slightly

And add sugar and flour

Step 4

Let set in warm warm spot overnight ,dont cover immediately is trapping wild yeast in air let set for a coupla hours before covering

Stir before you cover

Step 6

It should be bubbly next day

Step 7

This replaces i package of yeast
