Step by Step Method

Boil the potato save 1 1/2 cups water

And add sugar and flour

Let set in warm warm spot overnight ,dont cover immediately is trapping wild yeast in air let set for a coupla hours before covering

Stir before you cover
Step 6
It should be bubbly next day

This replaces i package of yeast
