Ingredients
- 1 /4 pound potatoes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup flour
How to Make

Step 1: Boil the potato save 1 1/2 cups water

Step 2: Let cool slightly

Step 3: And add sugar and flour

Step 4: Let set in warm warm spot overnight ,dont cover immediately is trapping wild yeast in air let set for a coupla hours before covering

Step 5: Stir before you cover

Step 6: It should be bubbly next day

Step 7: This replaces i package of yeast
