"Now I'm making this gluten free but you can add a tablespoon of flour to a bit of the sour cream and add it at very end if want a tighter soup ,just simmer the last 5 minutes."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil and butter together.

Saute onions until translucent.
