Step 1: Heat oil and butter together.
Step 2: Saute onions until translucent.
Step 3: Add cabbage, carrots garlic, spices, dried herbs and veggie stock.
Step 4: Simmer 45 minutes stirring occasionally
Step 5: Season to taste.
Step 6: Dollop some sour cream on top and sprinkle fresh dill on top.
