Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a Dutch oven saute the onion, garlic and red pepper in olive oil for 2-3 minutes watch the garlic that it doesn't burn).

Step 2

Add in all the rest of the ingredients except the linquica sausage.

Step 3

Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir well every 15 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes cooking time mix in sausage. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water. Rice will absorb moisture as it cooks; add enough water to keep the rice moist but not wet. Continue cookming until rice is soft.
