I flip flopped the cooking directions and started with the pork; removing it from the pan, and then doing the veggies and sauce. By slicing the pork paper thin I ended up with lots in the completed dish. The completed dish is full of veggies, color, and noodles. I added a few red pepper flakes, but otherwise made no changes to the ingredients.
