"Pork BBQ sticks are a popular street food in the Philippines. Pork bbq meats are better if marinated overnight. This gives the dish that extra flavor that makes it more enjoyable to eat. So make sure to plan ahead to include overnight marinading time. From: When Adobo Met Feijoada blogspot. This is a recipe from her Grandmother Lola."
