Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease popover pan. Time and servings are for small popovers.
Step 2
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat util smooth, no longer.
Step 3
Pour into pan, filling each cup until 1/2 full. Bake 45 minutes or until well browned. Resist the temptation to open oven door during baking. Steam will escape and you won't get the highest rise from the popover.
Step 4
Serve immediately with butter and jelly.
