Whenever I see pomegranate molasses in anything, I know it’s going to be good! This salad dressing is Oh-so-good! Our salad tasted so much better with this dressing and I bet it would be a good dipping sauce for chicken and as a great marinade. So good! Thank you, Patti, for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag.

I had bought some Pomegranate Molasses one day on one of my shopping adventure's and was never sure what to use it in or with. Well... let me tell you... Here is one way! I really did enjoy this as a salad dressing on tonight's salad. Great flavor's, sweet, salty with just a slight kick from the Dijon. I did make one change , in that I cut back a little on the Dijon and the difference I used in seeded honey mustard. This is one of those recipes, that you can taste as you go and add or cut back on the ingredients to suit your taste. My only problem now is....Where did I buy the Pomegranate Molasses to keep making this...lol
