Tossing a simple green salad with this dressing, hypes it from simple to Yum! For the orange juice, squeezed a fresh orange which brought out that natural citrus goodness and balanced the acidity of the vinegar. I can see this working out really well drizzled on a variety of salads, and especially avocado. So good. Thank you, Luvcookn, for sharing.

I really enjoyed the flavour of this dressing drizzled over a toss salad. Mine did not look like yours at all, it was more on the reddish side and seemed more watery then your photo, but it was delicious.

This is a delicious dressing that I use often on my salads. I sometimes substitute agave nectar for the honey because I have 2 huge bottles of it and it's really good with it... I do love it with the honey too though and will make it both ways. Thanks for sharing this wonderful salad dressing with us Patti! Linda

We loved this tasty dressing! It is quick, packed with flavor, and uses ingredients I usually have on hand. It inspired me to create a fabulous salad out of what I had: romaine, broccoli, red onion, and dried cranberries! Delicious! It is a bit watery, but that is the price you pay for lowfat. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

Delish. Simple and great flavor. Perfect over your favorite greens ... or drizzled over grilled scallops which I did. Really a nice recipe.
