What a delightful change from Waldorf this is. I loved the garlic and mustard with the apple, who would have thought. Thinking this would make a great lunch with a little roasted chicken added. You know I am making this again, thanks for the post.

So simple, and so good! I used 1 large Granny Smith apple and a couple stalks of celery. Used half of everything else.

A salad to take me down memory lane! Very good and so easy too! No garlic so used garlic powder but other wise made as directed. Thanks for sharing.

Nice tasting salad that is a good addition to your salad greens. I added extra lemon juice than what the recipe called for and thought that the garlic amount was perfect. I served this over a mix of arugula and spinach. For a second try, I sprinkled dried cranberries over all and found it added a sweetness side to this savory salad. Makes for a nice light lunch that I enjoyed. Thank you ahmafor3 for sharing.

I found the garlic overpowering and didn't care for this batch. My problem may have been that I reduced the recipe to make a fourth recipe (one apple) or the garlic clove was stronger than normal. I do like the combination of the rest of the ingredients so will try again at some future date. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
