Step 1
Poaching eggs is easy when you know how.
Step 2
Boil a saucepan of water and reduce heat to medium-low and add vinegar (this will help the egg hold together and then crack egg into a jug and stir water to make a whirlpool and from just above the water, gently pour egg into centre of the whirlpool and cook for 4 minutes for a soft yolk.
