Step by Step Method
Step 1
Wash and cut up the plums removing the stones.
Step 2
Place into a large saucepan with other ingredients.
Step 3
Bring to boil and boil for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Step 4
Push through a strainer or use a stick blender.
Step 5
Bottle into hot sterilized bottle and seal.
