"This is out of one of my old weight watchers cookbooks called "Two's Company". Easy and quick to fix and only has 8 points for 1 1/4 cups plus cheese on the old program. Hope you enjoy! Feel free to add different veggie, such as red/green pepper, mushroom, onion etc. Happy eating!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook meat in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.

Drain and return meat to skillet.
Step 3
Add pizza sauce, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add macaroni; cook 2 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
