"This is out of one of my old weight watchers cookbooks called "Two's Company". Easy and quick to fix and only has 8 points for 1 1/4 cups plus cheese on the old program. Hope you enjoy! Feel free to add different veggie, such as red/green pepper, mushroom, onion etc. Happy eating!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook meat in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.

Step 2

Drain and return meat to skillet.

Step 3

Add pizza sauce, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add macaroni; cook 2 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle each serving with cheese.

This is a great take on pizza/pasta! Did used ground chicken instead of the beef and fusilli. And I did add crimini mushrooms, red onion and roasted red peppers and for the cheese a blend of mozzarella and cheddar and a wee bit of cayenne. DH was in his glory! Oh...and I doubled the recipe because I just knew he would want another feed! lol Thank you for sharing Teresa! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This was a tasty treat we really enjoyed. I added the recommended onions, mushrooms and roasted red peppers and this really tasted like pizza!!
