"Found @ realsimpledotcom & entered here for play in the Central America Region of CQ #4. I did alter the recipe slightly to better suit our taste preferences, but trust you & your family will enjoy it, with or without the optional splash of rum. (Time does not include the 30 min to 12 hrs chill time."

Step 1

Combine the pineapple juice, coconut water & lime juice in a lrg pitcher. Chill for 30 min or up to 12 hrs.

Step 2

Just before serving, add the club soda (or carbonated beverage of choice). Serve over ice, garnished w/a pineapple spear. Add a splash of rum as desired.
