Pineapple Casserole

"This is a really good side dish that goes well with ham. I only use a 1/4 cup sugar because I think pineapples are naturally sweet, but you made add more if you like it sweeter. You can also use the chunk pineapples if you prefer in this recipe but I like the tidbits or crushed because it is fork friendly. :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish with a little butter.
Step 3
Drain the pineapples and spread them evenly in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cheese. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the pineapples.
Step 5
Cover the pineapple mixture with the Ritz cracker crumbs.
Step 6
Pour melted butter over the cracker crumbs.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
