  • 2 cans (20 ounce) pineapple tidbits (or crushed, drained)
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (sharp)
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz)
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted (melted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Grease a 2 quart casserole dish with a little butter.

  • Step 3: Drain the pineapples and spread them evenly in the bottom of the casserole dish.

  • Step 4: In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cheese. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the pineapples.

  • Step 5: Cover the pineapple mixture with the Ritz cracker crumbs.

  • Step 6: Pour melted butter over the cracker crumbs.

  • Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
