Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Grease a 2 quart casserole dish with a little butter.
Step 3: Drain the pineapples and spread them evenly in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Step 4: In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cheese. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the pineapples.
Step 5: Cover the pineapple mixture with the Ritz cracker crumbs.
Step 6: Pour melted butter over the cracker crumbs.
Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
