Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough into a large rectangle, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. In the mean time prepare the au jus sauce, if using.

Step 2

If desired, add a thin layer of Alfredo sauce to the crust. Then add roast beef, mozzarella, & provolone (make certain it covers all the crust, use more cheese if needed)). Top with the peppers, caramalized onion and mushrooms. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In the meantime place butter and garlic in a small microwave-safe dish and microwave on High until butter is melted, about 30 seconds.

Step 4

After pizza has baked for 10 minutes, remove from oven then brush garlic butter on crust and pizza. (You can also brush the crust with the Au Jus sauce, if using). Place back in oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, about 5 more minutes.

Wow, this was great! I made it without the Au jus to keep down the salt. I loved the combo of flavors and was able to bring some to work the next day for lunch which is always a plus. You really ought to try this delicious pizza everyone! Thanks for something different in the pizza department Chef! Linda
