"Delicious tea sweetened with the essence of rose and cardamom. You can also just make this as a syrup for drizzling over things like baklava or to sweeten drinks or other foods you might use a sweetened syrup on. Not sure about pancakes though. Step 1

Place ingredients except tea into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

Step 3

Strain syrup and use to sweeten hot or iced teas.

Refrigerate any unused syrup.
