Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F.
Step 2
Cream sugar and butter together.
Step 3
Add egg yolks, molasses, coffee, salt and spices.
Step 4
Beat until combined.
Step 5
Add flour gradually until you get a stiff dough.
Step 6
Roll out very thin on floured board.
Step 7
Cut out in Christmas cookie shapes.
Step 8
Bake on buttered pam sprayed cookie sheet.
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes. Some recipes say 350 degrees F.

Don't burn them, watch.
