"This really doesn't need a "recipe" but maybe someone will be looking for it. It's so nice to just press the settings and not worry about it boiling over or burning. It goes great with butter chicken or on its own as a side."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Rise rice under cold water until it runs clear.

Step 2

Add rice and water to Instapot Pressure cooker.

Step 3

Press pre-programmed "Rice" setting, or pressure cook on high for 3 minutes then allow to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add salt

Step 5

Fluff rice and serve.
