"This burger will tickle your taste buds! It is spicy but not "Hot" spicy. Dried mint, oregano and cilantro are not as good as fresh but will do in a pinch. The yogurt topping really sets this burger apart from others."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the lamb with chili pepper, cumin, garlic, mint, allspice, cilantro, oregano, sherry, salt and pepper

Mix well but do not over handle

Form 2 patties

Step 4

Mix together the yogurt, feta cheese and greek spice

Step 5

Grill or pan fry the patties, apprx 4-5 minutes each side

Step 6

Place patty in the pita, top with the yogurt mixture and onion slice
