Step 1: Mix the lamb with chili pepper, cumin, garlic, mint, allspice, cilantro, oregano, sherry, salt and pepper
Step 2: Mix well but do not over handle
Step 3: Form 2 patties
Step 4: Mix together the yogurt, feta cheese and greek spice
Step 5: Grill or pan fry the patties, apprx 4-5 minutes each side
Step 6: Place patty in the pita, top with the yogurt mixture and onion slice
Step 7: Enjoy
