Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat add the oil and heat and then add the garlic and cook, stirring a few minutes or until garlic begins to brown.

Step 2

Stir in the next 4 ingredients (-tuna along with the oil in the can) and cook stirring for a minute or so.

Step 3

Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.

Step 4

Stir in the cooked pasta and toss.

Step 5

Serve garnished with the parsley.

Great dish! I used gnocchi instead of penne and black olives instead of green. I enjoyed it very much.

This pasta dish is delicious! I used albacore tuna in water (low sodium) but did not use the water, used an equal amount of whipping cream. Love the tang that the olives gave. DH hoovered through his meal, stopping to say every now and then, how wonderful it is. Thank you for sharing Ellie! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
