Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounces tuna packed in olive oil (do not drain - 2 cans)
  • 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 12 ounces penne pasta, cooked according to package direction and drained
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat add the oil and heat and then add the garlic and cook, stirring a few minutes or until garlic begins to brown.

  • Step 2: Stir in the next 4 ingredients (-tuna along with the oil in the can) and cook stirring for a minute or so.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.

  • Step 4: Stir in the cooked pasta and toss.

  • Step 5: Serve garnished with the parsley.
