Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat add the oil and heat and then add the garlic and cook, stirring a few minutes or until garlic begins to brown.
Step 2: Stir in the next 4 ingredients (-tuna along with the oil in the can) and cook stirring for a minute or so.
Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
Step 4: Stir in the cooked pasta and toss.
Step 5: Serve garnished with the parsley.
