Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the fish; place in a shallow dish and pour the buttermilk over it. Let stand 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate shallow dish, combine cracker crumbs, pecans, and seasonings.
Step 3
Remove the fish from the buttermilk and dredge in the crumb mixture; place fish in a shallow greased baking dish.
Step 4
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes; flipping once halfway through baking time.
