Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream butter, and sugar. Once fluffy, add in eggs one at a time until thoroughly mixed.

Step 2

Sift dry ingredients together, and stir into wet ingredients.

Step 3

Mix the last 2 ingredients together in a small dish.

Step 4

Roll the batter into balls, the size of walnuts.

Step 5

Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar.

Step 6

Bake at 400 degrees on a lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 inches a part for 8-10 minutes. Bake until lightly browned but still soft.

Step 7

(these cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.)
