"When I first made this, I had never before tried Spam. I loved it, and have since developed a bit of a Spam obsession! This meal is quite simple to make, and it's tasty comfort food. Just serve over rice for a complete meal."

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 2

Pour beans in 12" X 8" baking dish. Place Spam slices on top of beans in overlapping slices.

Step 3

Make a paste of last 3 ingredients. Spread over meat.

Step 4

Cut pineapple slices in half and arrange on top of everything.

Step 5

Bake in oven for about 30 minutes.

My hubby loves spam...so I made this for his lunch today...he gave it 5 stars...it's total comfort food...I cut the recipe in half and he ate the whole thing...I need to remember next time to serve it over rice...I can see preparing this on an RV trip...mixing the paste with the beans...and microwaving it...fry up the spam and the pineapple on the grill...happy hubby happy wife...made for "Pick Me" tag game...
