Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease a 8x8 inch glass baking dish or small casserole dish.
Step 2
In a bowl toss the croutons with melted butter until coated. Place into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of croutons.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle on cubed ham. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Let casserole stand at room temperature for 15 minutes while oven heats.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, until eggs are set. Let sit for 5-7 minutes before servings
