I can see why this chicken is an all time favorite. It's crispy, tender and juicy inside, tastes delicious and easy to prepare! Potato salad was a great addition along with coleslaw on the side.

Such an easy recipe and great results. I just used thighs. Going to try the parmesan version next time.

Tried it today and it was awesome! Tasted like real deep fried chicken. Might add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of salt the next time, but it's really not needed. Didn't think so few ingredients would turn out so well.

Love this recipe! I have always done a recipe that is very similar; using plain flour instead of the Bisquick - same spices - different cooking temp and time. The Bisquick really made a difference! The coating was crispier and really held in those yummy juices. Now I'm excited to try the two variations that are listed. Thank you for a winner of a recipe!

We made this oven fried chicken with Original Bisquick mix exactly as written and my entire family loved it! Got to love it when a recipe pleases kids and grandma alike. Will make again :)

It doesn't get much easier than this. It was so easy to prepare and had a nice crunchy skin while the meat was moist and tender. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, Teresa. Made for FYC tag.
