Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Coat the inside of a casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides and lay into the casserole dish.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. This will depend on how thick your fillets are.
