Oven Baked Pickerel
"This is a delightful dish that showcases the mild, flaky texture of pickerel, (a freshwater fish), also known as walleye in some regions. The pickerel is baked to perfection in the oven, resulting in tender fillets infused with the tangy brightness of lemon and the rich, velvety notes of butter. We often serve this with plain white rice, drizzled with the amazing juices left in the dish or with fries."
