Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 4: Lightly sprinkle a bit of dill over the fish, you don’t want to overpower its mild, slightly sweet flavor.
Step 5: Pour the melted butter over the fish, then the wine and fresh lemon juice.
Step 6: Place the uncovered casserole dish in the oven.
Step 7: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. This will depend on how thick your fillets are.
