So easy to make and a great side for practically any dish! We enjoyed with baked chicken and roasted acorn squash. This is really quick to put together, so I highly recommend it for a weeknight after working all day! Thanks for sharing. Made for FYC tag game.

Easy peasy to put together with wonderful flavours! Made for 3 serves. I only made one change, used jarred roasted peppers as that is what I had on hand. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed this pasta dish. Served with baked chicken and a side salad. Thanks for sharing! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
