"This is such an easy recipe that really dresses up your Ham steak. Use whatever mustard you prefer. The cook time is after the sauce is on the already browned ham steak. I found the recipe in Taste of Home magazine by Connie Moore"

I was going to be late home, so I gave this recipe to DH and asked him to make it for dinner. He could not find corn syrup in the supermarket (although I don't think he really knew what it was) so used maple syrup instead. I think he also went a bit light on with the whole grain mustard and I think he may have overcooked the sauce a fraction! With all this said "I really loved this" as did he. Great flavours and not to sweet at all. This a recipe I am going to get him to make every time now, after a few goes he may perfect it! Although I doubt if he could make it taste any better it was delicious -(but don't tell him that). So easy and so tasty, now all I have to do is find some corn syrup for him! ;-)
