Ingredients
- 1 pound ham steak
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon mustard (whole grain)
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
How to Make

Step 1: Saute the ham steak until it is lightly browned on both sides.

Step 2: Mix all the remaining ingredients together.

Step 3: Pour the mixed sauce over the browned steak and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
